    The Community Case Forum is a special opportunity to gather IN-PERSON only.

    After arriving at registration check-in, you'll spend some time networking with peers while enjoying small plate refreshments and cocktails. Case-based discussions will follow the networking reception and the evening will adjourn by 8:30 PM. 


    Eligibility
    Participants must be medical oncologists or hematologists currently treating patients in a community practice setting. With prior approval from registration team, a small number fellows may be eligible to attend.


    Discussion Topic

    Our moderator will present case-based clinical profiles to generate discussion among participants around recent clinical data and potential treatment strategies.


    Prostate Cancer: Castration-Resistant 

    During this conversation we will cover two clinical cases of CRPC: one non-metastatic and one metastatic.
